Now in its 6th year, the Catalyst Mentoring Programme (CMP) is an initiative founded by Hammed Olawale, born from a simple conviction: that the right guidance, at the right time, can change the trajectory of a person or a business entirely.
Over six editions, CMP has grown into a trusted community for ambitious individuals and entrepreneurs. Through structured mentorship, real accountability, and practical, experience backed guidance, the programme has helped tens of individuals sharpen their mindset, skills, and decision making, and helped even more businesses move from uncertain beginnings to structured, thriving enterprises, taking them from 0 to 100.

Hammed Olawale is a trailblazing entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience spanning real estate, technology, and investment. Across this diverse portfolio, he has built ventures from the ground up, developing a sharp instinct for opportunity and a hands on approach to growth that defines everything he does.
Beyond his own businesses, he has worked closely with hundreds of MSMEs, helping them sharpen their operations, unlock new efficiencies, and grow their bottom line, often guiding founders through the fragile early stages of business into structured, sustainable enterprises.
